1. About WatchHawk

WatchHawk is a private watch and bespoke jewellery business based in Jersey, Channel Islands. We sell pre-owned luxury timepieces, bespoke jewellery commissions and custom grills. All enquiries and orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or directly with our team are subject to availability and acceptance. An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

For bespoke commissions and concierge sourcing requests, a separate agreement will be established in writing prior to commencement of any work or acquisition.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices for pre-owned watches and bespoke commissions are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Jersey, Channel Islands residents may be exempt from UK VAT on certain purchases. Please contact us at contact@watchhawk.co.uk for clarification prior to ordering.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted via the methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. For bespoke commissions and high-value concierge acquisitions, we may request a deposit with the balance due upon completion.

For Jersey clients receiving personal hand-delivery, payment may be made upon delivery at our discretion. This arrangement must be agreed in writing before delivery is arranged.

5. Authenticity and Condition

All pre-owned timepieces sold by WatchHawk are personally authenticated and verified by our team prior to sale. Full descriptions of condition are provided at point of sale. We operate with complete transparency regarding service history, case condition and any known imperfections.

In the event of any dispute regarding authenticity, we will cooperate fully with independent expert assessment.

6. Bespoke Commissions and Custom Grills

All bespoke jewellery and custom grill commissions are made to your individual specification. Once a design has been approved and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. Deposits paid for bespoke commissions are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and design — is the intellectual property of WatchHawk. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchHawk's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
