Our bespoke jewellery division specialises in fully custom commissions: pendants, chains, rings, bracelets and one-of-one statement pieces that exist nowhere else in the world. Working alongside skilled goldsmiths and diamond setters with access to the finest stones from Hatton Garden's most trusted suppliers, we create jewellery that is not only beautiful — it is deeply personal.
From the initial CAD design through to hand finishing, every stage of our process is executed with an attention to detail that reflects the value and significance of what we are creating. These are not mass-produced pieces. They are heirlooms in the making.

Very Very Slightly Included. Near-flawless diamonds with minimal inclusions visible only to a trained gemologist under magnification. For clients who insist on nothing less than the finest.
Lab Grown
Physically, chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds — but created ethically and sustainably. Our lab grown diamonds are graded to the same exacting standards as their natural counterparts.
All diamonds are sourced from GIA-certified suppliers through our established Hatton Garden network. We present full grading documentation with every commission.

The Creation
Process
Private Consultation
We begin every commission with a private one-to-one consultation. This is where we listen — to your vision, your story, your aesthetic references and your requirements. No detail is too small. The consultation is entirely without obligation, and can take place via WhatsApp, email or in person.
Diamond Sourcing
Where your commission includes diamonds, we hand-select stones from our Hatton Garden suppliers that meet the exact criteria discussed in your consultation — cut, clarity, colour and carat. We present your selection for approval before any work begins, with full GIA certification available on request.
CAD Design
Using industry-leading Computer Aided Design software, our designers render your piece in three dimensions — allowing you to see your commission from every angle before a single gram of metal is cast. Revisions are made freely until you are completely satisfied with the design.
Casting & Setting
Once your design is approved, our master goldsmiths cast your piece in the specified precious metal and set each diamond by hand. Every stone is positioned with precision, and each setting is inspected under magnification before the piece moves to finishing.
Hand Finishing & Delivery
Your completed piece is polished, inspected and photographed before being placed in WatchHawk's signature packaging. It then travels to you via fully insured white glove courier — accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and full material documentation.
